The Confederate Flag, or rebel flag, is a symbol. \u00a0A notorious symbol. \u00a0And we would be hard-pressed to find anyone who uses that symbol to invoke peace, harmony, or any quality most of us consider good.<\/p>\n

The best I can find is States Rights. \u00a0I am a libertarian, I believe anyone should be able to display whatever intelligent or stupid flag or symbol they want. \u00a0But I do not believe our government has a right to do so at the expense and disquiet of the governed.<\/p>\n
